  No show fee? How about a "holding in vain" fee (twice in one day, line eventually went dead, I finally gave up). Also, a "no reminder phone call of an appointment" (if you aren't calling to remind anymore, please, a little heads' up would have been nice). Bottom line, I will go to the mat over this RIDICULOUS "no show" fee. Your new person was flustered and overwhelmed on the day I met her; she seemed very overwhelmed. As I stood there in line, she was putting literally EVERYONE who called on hold FOREVER. I also didn't get a reminder phone call about this last appointment, and I suspect she's at the bottom of that mistake as well. Not paying this fee, people! This review will be edited if, and when, and not a day before...

  I was on biological under pa Rachel smith tested positive for hep c antigen and she referred me to gi dr Hughes, at that point I tested negative for viral hep c he said everything was fine and it is common for autoimmune disorders to test positive for antigen. Rachel smith dropped me as a patient. And I received a phone call from med tech Marsha stating in Rachel's notes that I was positive for hep c and could not be on biological. Although my test for virus was negative and dr Hughes cleared me. I feel like I'm being punished and judged for something I don't even have.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Wallis for a few years. He is an excellent dermatologist. Dr. Wallis is very caring, educated, and a wonderful Christian man!
